    Superbowl XLV

First off, did Aguillera screw up the words to the National Anthem? To be honest, she was riffing so much, I couldn't tell for sure...
When a cyclist in your area is injured or killed by a motorist, make an extra effort the next day to go for a ride. It doesn't have to be an organized ride, or even a long ride. Hell, ride a 15 minute loop around your neighborhood if you want.

Just be seen riding your bike.

Do it to make people aware we're out there. Do it to honor a fellow traveler. Do it because you're lucky enough to still be able to.

Hopefully somebody with TIVO can tell us for sure... (about the anthem, not the c*ck & b@llz)...

Meantime, looks like it's all "D" in the first quarter thus far.

Confidential sources in the Steelers organization have confirmed that Ben Rothlisberger will score today. Players this week have been referring to the Superbowl as the Toilet bowl.

Do I have any hope of being able to listen to this via radio online?

I found a bunch of stations but since the game has started, they've all disappeared.

I tried radio stations with online streaming. Also tried itunes. No luck so far.

Looks like the Steelers are staying in it, at least.

Hmm...tried a ton of them...and a Phila one had a message: "The game we are airing on the radio is one we can't bring you on the internet stream."

Huh? Does the NFL really think people listening on the radio is going to steal from their t.v. earnings?

I tried a bunch of those linked, everyday. None work.

So...anyone know of an online radio stream that I can listen to on a computer?

Tired of messing around with it. Soon I'll say fug it and just drink my beer.

It just seems like boring Super Bowl... the game is slow, the commercials so far suck, and the halftime show is horrendous, just a bunch of yelling and shouting and not real music. The announcers, Troy and Buck, don't really help to create a festival atmosphere either

Woah, wait? Aikman is doing the Super Bowl? I can't watch most Giants games because he is doing them. Guy has been hit in the head too many times, and didn't start with much.

I'm suddenly not so upset I'm missing the game...

The NFL is about two steps from the WWE these days....less and less a sport and more and more "entertainment," if you call continuous deliberation of plays and rules entertaining.

Whaa? I actually liked it. WAY better than The Who's halftime performance.

Yes, the Black Eyed Peas are a bit weird, but I think everyone knew that coming in.

Awful stage presence. The footballplayer armor/cheerleader outfit/stripper chic, lite-brite costume guy, trashy plastic hairpiece, and guitar player (who is a good guitar player) who was substituted for a stripper pole....then there was the ATROCIOUS excuse for audio engineering on the TV broadcast....

Utter steaming pile of crap. Only redeeming quality was the white costumes for all the extras that I think were controlled by remote. That was a cool piece of tech.
    Man. You are all stuped.

I didn't watch that one... so the Black Eyed Peas still keep the title.
