AG Jeff Sessions: Stop and Give Me Your Money!

Remember that Civil Asset Forfeiture thing? Remember how basically everyone in PO agrees it is abused to the point of legalized theft?

The Trump'ers, want to expand it and not end it.

Not surprised by that at all.
Really when something is taken the local police should get none of the money nor any police force. There should be no way to encourage local police departments and cities to pad their budgets with this behavior.

Also if no charges are pressed they should get everything back plus interest in 30 days max. Only can keep the stuff if convicted of the crime.
