British MP forced from office.
For anyone interested in the issue of Islam in Europe, 'multi-culturalism', and the threat to democracy this is an interesting article.
The big story that disappeared
would you like to send us...
ok...I digress...its not the easiest thing to read...

when it comes down to it however...as your story supports...we are letting them.
their take on the media is spot on however...I think it plays a huge role in controlling the minds and actions of the general populace..whether they know it or not, such censorship deadens people to the harsh realities of the change taking place there.
cannot your government protect these people and allow them to do their job without threat of death?

Not banned yet.
Yes it is a fairly longish article but it is worth reading, it was not something I was actually aware of myself...since it has been effectively buried by the media.

More interesting is that this Muslim MP felt so threatened by other members of the 'Muslim community' that he quit. If he had been threatened by white racists there would have been national uproar and media outrage, the various Muslim groups would have been shouting and railing from the rooftops about it. So here we have an MP acting quite legally to bring (Muslim) criminals to justice, yet being threatened by member of the Muslim community simply because the criminals share the same religion as them; religion overrules (secular) law they are saying...and we have the Muslim community (and liberal media establishment) virtually silent about it...'all it takes is for good men to do nothing' etc etc.
Yes it is because we let them.

Why is no one doing anything?
This sounds less like a Muslim problem, and more like a problem with the rest of the country.
the first step...
is maybe demanding of the media to stop putting these stories in journal type/opinion sounding pieces...the journalistic approach here is rather relaxed. if it made front page news there might be a different outcome in terms of protecting political figures...

Yep exactly. It is like there is a crisis of confidence in secularism and democracy.
