    does this count the American riders who have stood on the podium at different points in the race, cuz technically VdV has been standing on the podium for the last couple of days. Hampsten was close the year he won Alpe de Huez in the early 90's, finished 4th in the final gc if I remember correctly.

    if it counts different points in the race then you have to add Zabriskie Yellow in prologue 2005
