Hey guys. Ive been doing some riding on a Cannondale System Six frame this spring. Front triangle is carbon back is aluminum. Super light, super stiff and set up for racing.
Anyhow I really like the ride; however i just scooped up a Specialized SL3 equipped bike and for comparison wise the frame are classed the same, stiff, aggressive, light and race oriented.
I don't really "need" two bikes equipped this way. Hell i really didn't need the SL3....but that is besides the point. Anyhow being i intend to keep the SL3 Tarmac as its new I was thinking of my second bike being more set up for longer rides and or rough roads.
Would a trade of my System Six for a Roubaix Carbon frame/ fork be a swap in the right direction? Or do you guys think the System Six is good to go and i could just rol with it? My guess is there is prob someone out there wanting to go the exact opposite direction that I went and wants a more aggressive ride than the Roubaix.
Thanks for the input.
