5/16" QR hub axle

Anyone know of a 5/16" (8mm) hollow QR hub axle? I've got fairly old bike that currently has solid nutted axles, and I want to know if it is possible to convert it or not. I think I can find a larger one for the rear, but I haven't come up with anything for the smaller front axle, after a quick look on google.

I know they exist in solid but I'm not sure about QR,, Two of my track bikes require 8mm front and rear axles.. The axles are actually 10mm( rear) and 9mm( front) with beveled sides..
