Peugeot Seatpost Ideas........
So I want to put a proper seatpost on my Peugeot, but it has a 23.4mm seatpost dia. So would turning down a 25mm or 25.4mm seatpost be risky......tubing walls to thin...? Has anyone done this with no problems?

23.4 is difficult to find.... eBay UK will occasionally have them....
If you want to turn down a 25.0 post, I'd use one like this
Alloy Silver Seatpost 25.0 mm Seat Post ! Fixed Gear ! FREE USA SHIPPING | eBay...
This is generic post that is sold under many different names...The walls are very thick and wouldn't be hurt by removing some metal....

Thanks agian! I think that will be fine then, as 3mil is pretty thick for sure. Going from 118ish thou to 89ish thou still leaves a pretty thick walled tube. I'm pretty skinny for my size (175ibs) so you have reasured me this will work and I can get the seat angle properly set. Stupid bung seat thinie wont hold it right.
Thanks alot,
Nick
