Record Strada v Omega Strada Rims

Anyone know the main difference between the above is / was? Assuming both are tubular.

Weight. If memory serves me right, the hierarchy for Campy rims of that era was Record, Omega, then Victory. I had a pair of Victory's laced 15g straight 32x3 to Mavic 550RD hubs that were under 1500 grams. Bulletproof.
Anyone who believes there are no stupid questions never worked in a bike shop.
