Does not sound like a compelling need for a new ride. Don't get me wrong, I have loved my Seven Axiom for six years. But I needed custom because I am tall. If your current bikes fit you well and you enjoy riding them, stick with lusting for new components.
If a new bike for you is not about a need but just going for something new (I understand), then a Seven is a very nice new thing to own.
Before you put any money down on a new Seven. Keep in mind that you'll be lucky to get 50 cents on the dollar when you try and sell your old bikes. And given the current economy you may not even get that.
I had them make a duplicate of my Serotta a few years back. Serotta had done their homework so I ended up with a Seven that handles the same, but rides differently/better.
My only nit to pick is the deals Seven used back in '99 were all Caps and a different font than the current decals. When they flaked away they looked like chit so I ended up taking nail polish remover and took them completely off. Now there's just a head badge.
