Map My Ride??
Siiigh, depending where you are at; go to the Starbuck's at Charleston and Town Center. There is a couple of groups that roll out of there on Sat. and Sun. They usually take off about 8-8:30am this time of year. During the summer they take off 7-7:30am. If you are riding solo, either ride or drive to the Starbuck's. Head west on Charleston. About 6 miles out of town, you will hit the entrance. Can't remember, it will cost you $1-3 to do the loop or you can get a year's pass. It's 13+/- miles from entrance to exit.
It's alright, nothing to write home about.

There's a lot of cyclists that leave from the Albertson's parking lot which is the last stoplight before heading out to Red Rock. There's a few options with good scenery. You can ride out to 160 and back (a few small hills, but not too bad). You can continue on taking a right on 160 which ends up being a 9 mile CAT 1 climb. It finishes with 3 miles of 7%, but mostly a lot of 3-4%. I did this a few weeks ago visiting and it was tough, but I also live in the flatland of Texas, so any hill can be a challenge. I forget the distance, but I think it ends up being in the 45 mile range. There's other places to start if you decide to conquer this climb. The Red Rock scenic loop is pretty good with the first half being mostly uphill (CAT 2) and the second half coming back down. It's just short of 24 miles if you leave from Albertsons.

It's public land. It's a National Preserve. Cyclists used to be free but now everybody pays.
