Need help identifying the shifters on my Allez Elite

I bought a used 2010 Allez Elite a few weeks ago. My pride and joy, and of course I take a nasty fall on it. The bike is alright, except for a bent derailleur hanger that I got fixed.

My shifters took a nasty scraping on the name plates, and I would like to replace them. They're 105 shifters, but I don't know which model they are (they're not the 2010 105 models).

Can someone help me identify them? I've had no luck so far. :/

If you're running a 10 speed drivetrain (10 rear cogs) and the derailleur cables are exposed, it's most likely 5600 series.
