    SL2 module vs frame

Planning to get the new SL2
Problem is seems like my LBS is out of SL2 modules (56cm)
Should I get the frameset instead?

I like the module and would like to try the BB30, but will have to wait for the '09s
    (possibly as late as Dec-March).

Anyone have the frameset? Happy or wished you had the module?

Hi, I have just purchased an SL2 in Quickstep colours, and all I can say is wow, its a thing of beauty and incredibly stiff and light. I have built it up with my old Ultegra groupset for the time being whilst i wait for the new Dura Ace to become available. I guess the only issue you have however is the BB30 bottom bracket/crank, I have no experience with these so cannot comment, but 6-9 months is a long ime to wait! (how long till the '09 DA is available? Doh! mabe I'll go for Red)

    frameset

was reading about the S works cranks, lots of people complained about the poor shifting.
In fact, shops are supposedly changing them to Dura-ace until the new rings are available.
    How's your shifting?

Didn't want to wait til the '09 modules were available. Plus there's gonna be about a 10% price hike for the upcoming year.

So I'm getting the '08 frameset sans BB30.

I had the same dilemma, finally got the frame and full Dura Ace, the bike its great I think you will not be unhappy with the frame.

I got the frame only, have campy UT cranks, and the only color frame I could get was the world champion white with rainbow stripes, if you want a threded BB. or you need adaptors with all other colors. I love the bike rides great and is under 15.5 lbs with no stupid light stuff.
