Recommended morning rides in Frisco/McKinney area?

Any recommendations on which roads to stay on for morning rides? I will be mainly riding from 0730 to 0900... so I want to stay relatively out of the way of main traffic.

Or maybe I should ask which roads should I avoid in this area?

I recommend riding around Prosper if you want to hit the streets. Frisco and McKinney are pretty busy unless you go north McKinney into the country roads. I try to go north Prosper and into south Celina to avoid the cars. I have been gravel riding a bit in south Celina - a lot of fun but makes the bike fairly dirty. I would join a bike group in Frisco but they advertise they average 22 mph and I am just not there yet. If they were around 18-19, I would try to join them on occasion. Hope you find a place to ride!
