FIR CS 17 Wheels..anybody know anything about them?

I just bought a road bike, and I'm trying to find info on these wheels. I'm sure they may be older, but I'm not sure how old. I looked online, and found a website for them, but it is clearly foreign. I would like to speak to someone about them, but I can't find any American contacts. Would anyone happen to know someone I could call and ask a few questions? Thanks

FiR was an Italian company that made mostly rims and some wheelsets. IIRC, they went out of business more than 5 years ago. The rims were well regarded.
