    Great Schwalbe warranty experience

My CAADX came with Schwalbe Sammy Slick tires.

After I did a quick parking lot ride after making adjustments... I put knobbier tires on for some singletrack trails (muddy here and there)

    ....
decide to look over the tires... and found:

submitted a claim, figuring it would be a long shot,... I figure.. it doesn't hurt to ask, even if you already know a possible answer is "no"....

and Schwalbe came back with a positive response that they are going to warranty the tire.

Good to hear that you had a good warranty experience. More often than not, the bad ones are the only ones we hear about.

One of the things I live by.... It's easier to complain about lousy service than compliment for good service. I try to make the effort to compliment someone who does something good, even it's a small effort.

Usually if I bring my car in for service at a dealership, and when they make me happy, I sent a quick email to corporate HQ to tell them what a great job this dealership did.

When I fly for business, if a staff goes a little extra mile to accommodate my needs, I get their customer service know, and specify the actual person that helped me.
