    Krylion Carbon $25 & Lithion $17 @ PBK

Just ordered some Krylions. 25mm sold out but 23mm still available in all 3 colors.

Lithion may be an even better deal, but I like the Krylions.

I've never had Lithions but their predecessor the Megamium was practically as good as a Pro2Race for a lot less money. It's probably one of the best values out there, but I want the Krylions' flat and cut resistance. The treadlife difference (~30%) is probably close to the price difference too. The Lithions may ride a little smoother.

Price was too good (44 bucks for a pair of lithion 25'c shipped) so I grabbed a set. Thanks again for the heads up!

Nice one, especially with the extra 10% discount! Got a pair for my new bike for 39, pair for my commuter bike was 60. Thanks!

Let us know how you like the Lithions. They seem to be a good value but we don't hear about them much.

FWIW, I'm running Krylons now (as I scored them from PBK for ~24/ea) - after 2 sets of Pro 3's. The Pro 3's just don't seem to last - 1200-1500 miles tops before they're cut to shreads, BUT, they ride sooo much better than the krylons. The first few rides I kept stopping to check that the rear wheel was properly attached as It felt so slippery. The compound is much harder. I have no doubt they'll last, but I'm a lot less confident bombing downhill...
