Recommendation for carbon/alloy rim for new build

I am looking for rim recommendations for a new wheel build. Carbon with aluminum braking surface or hybrid. Something in the 38 to 50 mm depth. do people feel it solves many of the concerns with full carbon clinchers?

I think this question is a bit too general. Not all rims are created equal.

I'm don't think such a thing exists. I haven't looked that hard so could be wrong but I've never seen alloy brake surface on a carbon rim that's being sold as rims only. Plenty can be bought as full wheels though.

    Carbon alloy hybrid

Carbon Alloy Aluminum - Buy Carbon Alloy Aluminum Clincher Rims 38mm Bike

this is what I have found so far in my search. It is yoeleo product.

they are even producing a wider version 23x50 hybrid rim as well.

I am concerned with full carbon clincher and thought this would be a way to go.

I'd just buy Hed wheels before getting unknown quality rims to build my own if I really had to have alloy brake surface on carbon rims. Or Dura Ace.

Even the RS80 C50s might be an option, if your budget is tighter.

Quality carbon clinchers perform excellent. There are no concerns with full carbon rims from Enve, Reynolds or Zipp Carbon rims do require different brake pads so if you switch back and forth between aluminum and carbon rims you need to change the brake pads.
