Repair brake track on carbon rim

I have a pair of Ritchey WCS carbon 38 mm tubular wheels. On the rear, a small section of the brake track is damaged and appears to be delaminating. The wheels are only a couple of seasons old and I'm using yellow Swisstop pads. I'm wondering if it would be possible to repair this damage, such as covering with epoxy and then sanding smooth. I'm using the wheels for cyclocross races only. I sent a note to Ritchey to get their advice but thought someone on this forum might have suggestions.

    Thanks for any input.
