Roval CLX 50 Disc -OR- Bontrager Aeolus 5 Disc

I just ordered a 2017 Fuji SL 2.1 Disc. I have enough left in my budget for a nice wheelset, though not the absolute top of the line. The ones in the title are at the max range of my budget and, as far as I can tell, the best performance I will get for the money. (anybody have any real contenders against these two for the money?)

Aside from a bit of weight difference, the main difference that I see between these sets is the rim width. The Bontrager has internal/external of 19.5/27.0 and the Roval has 20.7/29.4. I don't intend on running large tires, as I stay entirely on asphalt. I do see a lot of rough pavement and road debris, and frequently do 60+ mile rides with lots of climbing and fast gnarly descents. I could see myself regularly running a 25mm tire which people seem to report plumping out to 27-28mm, but I would rarely if ever run any larger than a 25mm tire.

Weight aside, which wheel width would be the best for my riding?

I've been riding clx 50 disc for about four months. My wife and I do a lot of climbing and can usually do pretty well on the hills. Two weeks ago we both changed to clx 32 disc and love that they have a smoother ride. I think the 50s are stiffer. The 50s are faster on the flats.I'm on gp4000s at 25mm she is on 28 turbo cottons. There is very little difference in climbing between the 50s and the 32s. The weight of my 50s was also dead even with my 32s. That surprised me 50s are 1430 grams 32s are 1420.

So even though I have a bunch of climbing, you think the overall aero benefit of the 50s would make them the overall faster of the two?
