For wheel Gurus. W logo wheels, hub tool?

Need help. I have this set of rims with a W logo on them and takino ceramic bearings. I am trying to get the orginal bearings out of it but i seem to need a special tool. I havent been able to find the brand of the tires nor the tool to extract the bearing. I posted pics of it on my profile. It looks like I need a tool to first remove the internal ratchet ring before i can remove the bearing.
