    Hello from Seattle!

I am back into riding the streets after many years on MTBing and BMX (as a kid). My first "road bike" was a Peugeot 12 speed cira 1984 and rode that bike everywhere.

Recently, I purchased Raleigh Revenio 3.0 sold it one week later and purchased a Cannondale Synapse 105 Disc as my weapon of choice to get back into riding. I was looking for a goodprice point and think I found a bike to get me going again.
I look forward to participating on this site!!

    John

Ah yes... Peugeot's, Bridgestone's, Bianchi's (among some others) - great bikes of the mid-80's era.

For recreational riding, I think you made a good choice going with the Raleigh.

Welcome to RBR and the wonderful world of road riding!

Should be a great bike, get some miles in and enjoy the ride. Nothing like riding in the PNW especially when it's not raining.

I am still suffering from withdrawals after moving away from the PNW. I loved the riding in Corvallis, OR when we lived there. Welcome!

Hello Seattle... welcome to RBR and back into the wonderful world of road riding.

Ride a lot, post a lot and share your PNW with us all. I left Oregon back in the late 80"s where my riding began

Supposed to be even warmer tomorrow. Rain all weekend though (which is fine, I'll be down in Sunny San Diego)
