    Hi Everyone,

I've just joined and am from Doncaster, retired and stop over in Spain to do some leisurely cycling. I've joined because I'm trying to convert my triban500 cheapo road bike into a flat bar bike for when I'm in Spain to use on the many canal paths and quiet roads.
I find these forums very helpful and pleased to meet everyone.
ps. I will try and find the technical area to post asking for the conversion advice.

Is that where we're at now? We have to give a Turing test to new members?
