    1995 Kestrel 200 SCI

Can anyone help me determine where my Kestrel 200 sci was made? Was this made in CA before they shipped production over to Asia?

It's been a great frame so far, and I have no complaints. I've put about 3500 - 4000 miles on it since late May with two centuries (one 114 mile ride and the other a 102 mile ride) and it was comfortable enough on both of them...with varied road conditions.

The overall build is solid, if a bit clunky looking with the welds since no cleaning of them is done after the welding process.

The BB area is very stiff and the overall ride is stiff, but not unacceptly so...I can tell a little difference between it and the carbon frame I was on before.

The paint could use a little help since I found a run near the heat tube and there is a place where the paint has chipped off under the top tube (though you can't see it without looking for it).

Really...I have very few complaints and a lot fo compliments for the frame, especially considering the low cost and quick delivery time.
