New proud owner of a GF02

no photos yet... keeping it under the radar for the moment, but it's just your standard off the shelf RED Granfondo GF02 w/Ultegra. Tested the GF01 w/disc and 105, Pinarello Gan and Rok, and Specialized Roubaix. All fit about the same, but when it came down to it the GF02 was the right bike for me.

Looking forward to putting some miles in the saddle again!

Good choice! I love my BMC's, and my Gran Fondo's (I have a Carbon GF-01 and an Aluminum GF-02) are my favorites.

And red is always the best choice.

I've had my GF02 for about a year now. It's that perfect combination of responsive and comfortable. I liked it so much I bought a ALR01 at the end of Summer to go with it. BMC aluminum is great too. These guys know how to build frames. Enjoy it

Thought I'd update with a photo from last season... currently she sits in the basement while I wait out the New England winter. Rollers will do for now... The GanS is my wife's new ride.

The Gran Fondo is a great bike. Sadly, mine was destroyed by a car, asking with my right shoulder and left knee.

I was seriously bummed when I couldn't find a replacement in my size.

Fortunately, the road machine came out and I ended up with one of those. I still have some reservations about the RM, so I had the Gran Fondo frame repaired. It's currently my backup bike, and still gets a lot of miles.

Hi. And what exactly did not like Pinarello Gan? What to look for when comparing bikes?
