    OP... take it to LBS and discuss with them, CXWRENCH is going to give some of the best advise on this form. Many others have followed suite by saying take to LBS, you will always learn more face to face than over the internet.

    had the lbs cut the carbon steerer. Its great that the Supersix came with the lower headset topcap. Too bad its not more widely known, or else i would've done this a couple years ago.
    Also saved me $10+ shipping so that i didn't have to buy a separate one.
