Adhesive cable guides - rigid CX front fork for the disc brake cable

Where can I buy adhesive cable guides to go on a front carbon rigid fork (to attach the front disc brake cable w. zip-ties)?

Also, separate question: when I tie the continuous cables to the CXframe with zip ties; how can I make these cable ends safe? Now they are like 12 separate little black knives. Do I cut them flush with a razor blade, or melt the end with a lighter or match?

just zip tie it to the fork. you don't really need the extra expense of a cable guide.

on my MTB... I never bothered with making the cut zip tie ends less sharp.

Use zip ties and position the cut ends towards the wheel.
    You can't fix stupid.

    I use these. No zip-tie.

Now that you know what to look for, you can search and find them all over the web. Or, you know what to ask your LBS to special order for you.
