Campy 11sp front derailleur with S-7800 shifters

    Will it work.

Going on a cross bike with a 46 outer ring. Small jump in gears might help.
    Or is it a bust.

    thanks

Even though it is narrorwer than the 10sp, it should be just fine.

How much cable pull does a Shimano shifter have? How much does a Campy derailleur need? These are not mix and match parts built on some sort of shifting standard.

If it did work, it would be pure, dumb luck. Use a Shimano, FSA or Microshift.

The pull will be just fine, that won't be the issue. The issue will be it's width. I would try it just to find out.

Oh, if you do try it, be warned that the campy gods might smite you.

Sort of like the way I use Dura Ace pedals on a otherwise Campy bike.

Thanks, going to give it a shot.
