Can I run 34T cassette with Sram Force WiFli derailleur and 48/31 crank?

I'm currently running Shimano 105 on my Trek Checkpoint SL5 gravel bike. That's what it came with. 34T cassette and a GRX 810 crankset 48/31T. I've always run Sram previously and although the Shimano is "OK" I really prefer Sram shifting. Thinking about switching everything but the crank and cassette. However, Sram specs for the rear derailleur says up to 32T. I'm old, fat and slow.....really need that 34 cassette. I've heard that you can possibly run a little larger than Sram specifies. Anybody got any experience/advise?

Should work...depends on how long the chain is. Confirm big/big won't bind/rip the derailleur off the bike.
