    CS-5700 and CS-6700

Are the 105 and Ultegra cassette interchangable?
What are the differences in construction and weight, the CS-6700 is only slightly more expensive.

assuming the teeth configuration is the same is it going to require any derailleur tuning to change from one another?

What about 105 and ultegra chain, can you use the ultegra chain on 105 cassette and vice versa, both are 10 speed.

Everything between 105 and Ultegra is interchangeable. Difference is in weight.

You should not have to make any adjustments to the rear derailleur.
    You can't fix stupid.

Thanks, so lets say if I change the number of teeth 11-27 to something else then would I need to setup the RD again?

No, everything should work fine. However, its a good idea to check the shifting whenever you remove and replace the rear wheel and make any fine adjustments that you feel are necessary (usually, none).

You may need to change the B-tension setting to clear a larger cog in back. Otherwise different cassettes on the same wheel require no adjustments.
