    Got A Stumper.

So, I owned a shop for ten years, and worked as a wrench for 20. I have worked on thousands of bikes...I have a brand new Cassette, Chain, and chainrings (9 speed, 11-32). Skips like a son of a ***** in ONLY the 11 tooth cog.
    Try it Nao has been...tried.
Derailleur bscrew is perfect, spring is good (was working perfectly with the worn out cassette and chain).
    Anyone?

Only thing I can think of is you have a 12t lockring on your 11t cog. Or if you're using a Wipperman Connex link it's upside down.

I once had a brand new 11t cog (Sram 8 or 9 speed, can't remember which) that skipped. One of the teeth wasn't profiled right. It was really thick and didn't have any chamfers/bevels on it. Like it got missed in manufacturing. I replaced it with a new cassette and it worked fine.

Pretty sure I used the lock ring on the new cassette, but I will doublecheck today.
    Good possible observation.

Yup, I accidentally used a 12 speed lock ring.
CX Wrench just earned a virtual beer...
    Thanks!
