    GPS map/navigation-only recommendations?

Looking for a computer, but only interested in mapping, not watts, HR, etc. I see the Garmin Edge Explore. Any others?

Just use your smart phone then.

You mount it to the bars? I don't want to be going to the jersey pocket every couple of miles.

I'm not an iPhone person, but I have used QuadLock circumstantially with good success (one survived me being hit by a car - phone still on the bars).

I just bought an extra case for my Pixel (just a cheap one with a smooth back on it) and used the generic case mount.

I have a QuadLock for my iPhone and it worked very well. I haven't used it though since I got a Bolt.

There is no problem using a phone, just be sure the battery life is adequate for what you want to do. I have an old phone with poor battery life, and it didn't make it through a full century. Of course it doesn't help that I am a pretty slow rider.
