    Have Shimano brake pads changed?

    Do the same ones that worked in the 7700 group work in the 9100 group?

    Slide in cartridge style from the 7700 on up has been the same design throughout but the materials have changed with the newer rubber compounds giving better braking on the new models.

    Same, they've just added a notch in the front for new securing screws but they still fit.
