    Ksyrium freehub lubricant

I've lubed the inside of my Ksyrium freehub but since my lbs didn't have Mavic's lightweight mineral oil. They suggested that I use Finish Line cross country chain lube instead which I've used but it seems a bit thin and is leaking a bit around the rubber seal at the bottom of the freehub body. Do you have anything else to suggest ? I had to re-lube it after a week because of a squeaking noise...

    Thanks

I use 80W90 gear oil which works flawlessly. Only apply a medium coat of oil inside the hub - about 20 drops is sufficient. You should be able to find the stuff at a car accessory shop. It's real cheap too compared to so called bike specific lubes.
