Lube for inside of 6800 shifter?

I cleaned out the inside of my rear DR 6800 shifter this morning, pretty gunky in there. Just wiped out the gunk with a towel. Any suggestions on what lube to reapply? I have Phil Wood water proof stuff in the green tube, would that be suitable?

I'd want to use something light that won't get too sticky over time. A light teflon grease maybe, or something like 'Shimano Special Grease'. Phil might be a little thick but it stays greasy for a long time which is good.

FYI there is nothing all that "special" about Shimano's grease. Any quality grease will be fine. If you're willing to do a little more regular maintenance, a heavy oil (like 90w gear lube) will let things operate smoothly with less likelihood of gunking up.
