ODI Hudz Brake Hoods for Shimano 105 5700 --- Run Away!

Over the course of several weeks I've tried unsuccessfully multiple times for the company, ODI Hudz to address problems I have with a right brake hood on my Shimano 105 5700 lever.

These right hoods just don't fit right and the extra flexibility of the material just allows them to swim around, forever requiring adjustment and repositioning. The detentes (knubs) just don't match up with the OEM Shimano hoods (perhaps a patent prevents them from copying the design completely, but if that is the case, Hudz should have an alternative for securing the brake hood).

I was constantly repositioning this right hood, when finally it just gave up and tore completely. One wonders if these hoods failing to stay put and causing accident/injury would result in an answer to the complaint.

I believe CX warned me that these were not up to the quality level of the original Shimano hoods. They were my only solution for dressing up my red frame with red hoods. Lesson learned.

Surprised I haven't read an "I told you so" from you know who yet.

In any event, I've got some nice black OEM hoods on there now and they don't look like their going anywhere.
