    painting carbon fork

I am going to respray my steel framed bike which has a bare carbon front fork which I want to paint the same color as the frame. Is there any thing special I have to do to the fork as far as prepping or painting? or treat it the same as the steel frame. Thanks

I'd sand it gently with a very fine grit sandpaper, maybe 600 grit. You'll probably get it to stick better doing that vs. just painting over the clear coat plastic.
I have a single track mind

When you say bare carbon fork do you mean unpainted?
Before you criticize someone walk a mile in their shoes. That way when you criticize them you'll be a mile away & you'll have their shoes.

The fork has clear coat on it with the carbon weave visible and I would rather the whole bike was resprayed the same color.
