Removing New Dura Ace/Ultegra Crank and Bottom Bracket

I recently picked up a Fuji Professional at Performance for just over $1500. I purchased it for the basic reason of picking up the components on it and possibly switching them over to my GIANT TCR Composite 2 with Ultegra 10. I like the Dura Ace group considerably more than the Ultegra. It is the first time that I have ridden on Dura Ace. It has changed my mind about Shimano.

How easy is it to remove the crank and the bottom bracket of the new generation of Shimano? What are the steps? I have tried finding a bottome bracket tool, but have been unsuccessful at Performance.

Are you near a Performance store? They should have the Spin Doctor Integrated BB Tool. Or you can order online the Park BBT-9 tool from performancebikes.com, it's available.
