Replacing a FSA BB-70/68 bottom bracket.

I am repairing an older 2006 Cervelo road bike and Im wondering if I can use a different brand bottom bracket

The specs I'm able to find on the parts are
    FSA megaexo bb-70/68
    Bc1.37x24t

Are there similar shimano bb I can just replace this with?

Looks like the appropriate english threaded bottom bracket for whatever crankset you wish to use would work.

Depends on the crankset you have. Obviously (or not) the bottom bracket and crank have to match.
I work for some bike racers
I've got some bikes, some guns,
    and a bunch of skateboards

I assume that the cranks are FSA. I think only FSA make the Mega Exo BB. So you'll need to get another FSA BB. Unlike SRAM that let other companies make cranks that use their GXP BB.
