Screw holding seat in place is loosening quickly

This is the second time my seat came loose during a ride. Brand new seatpost. Cannondale carbon seat save seatpost. Any ideas how to fix?

I took some pics of the screw. Are rounded tops normal?

Had the same problem on my Save seatpost. A drop of loctite on the bolt is the cure.

If fasteners are tightened properly they rarely loosen up. Loctite will probably help, make sure you're tightening it enough, and even front-to-back.

Are you greasing the threads? With greased threads and proper torque, the screw will very likely stay tight. If it doesn't, there might be something else going on.
