    Screw is stuck

    Hi,

I'm changing the brake pads on my bike and I've used the wrong screwdriver by mistake and I've stripped the head of the screw. How can I get it out without buying an expensive tool?

Standard first step is to file a notch in it so that you can use a flat-blade screwdriver. Next step, though difficult would be to drill it and use an Easy-Out. Not an expensive tool, but not an easy job either because the screw is likely quite small.
