Shimano L02A resin disc brake pads

I'm disappointed with the short pad life, noise level, and the brake dust with these pads. My brakes are shimano 105. Is there anything better as a replacement?

The new generation is the L03A. They are supposed to be better. I haven't tried them yet, but it's worth a shot!

    I'll try them.

I see Swiss Stop has Exotherm2 Disc 34 pads, but they cost 2x as much and they seem out of stock where I looked.

And what's with these cheezy rotors that say "Resin Pad Only?"
