SRAM DUB cranks and Italian threaded BB

I have a new bike on the way with an Italian bottom bracket. It will have Shimano Ultegra Di2. I'm considering replacing the crank with a Quark DUB crank based power meter as I have an older Quark PM on my current bike (SRAM 10sd).

The issue I have is that apparently SRAM doesn't have an Italian threaded DUB BB. Their Tech Service FAQ says:

"There is not [an Italian threaded DUB bottom bracket]. 70mm Italian threaded BBs need to use the GXP Italian bottom bracket and GXP spindle variant of the new RED crankset."

The only Shimano compatible Quark power meters with the correct crank length are the DUB 2-piece models. I can't find any of the older models in the correct arm length. And I haven't found any of the GXP Red cranks arms that work with the Quark DUB spiders.

So has anyone else run into this or have seen adapters for DUB spindle with a BB30 bottom bracket (if I have that correct)?

Enduro makes an Italian threaded BB for DUB spindles.
