I adjusted the B screw so the RD is quite close to the 34t and still shifting perfectly. Then swapped to the 32t. Not aligned well, so I ended up using the Di2 trim adjustments and did 6 clicks outboard. Shifts perfectly. Swapped back to the 34t, expected to have to adjust trim again, but it shifts perfectly. Well, actually, I had to adjust the FD, but the RD shifts perfectly. Not sure how that can be after adjusting six clicks for the other wheel, but it works. I actually have a third wheel set with a 30t on it and that works perfectly as well. Iím amazed. Apparently, the B screw was the problem, RD was too far away. Just a little adjustment of the trim. Iím very happy now! I appreciate the input, but as I thought since some gears were fine and others werenít, it was NOT related to cassette alignment. I recommend adding B screw adjustments to your analysis/diagnosis suggestions. Thanks, all!
