Question Technique for Straightening Disc Brake Rotors?

I'm a tad annoyed that on my new bike with Ultegra disc brakes, both the front and rear brake rotors have noticeable "wobbles" in them. In other words the brake discs are not perfectly flat As a result, when I spin the wheel, the slightly bent section of the brake rotor hits one of the brake pads and make a noise that will annoys me to no end. Seems like no matter how I center the calipers, I get a little rotor rub.

Is there any "safe" way to coax a rotor back into alignment?

    These are the rotors...

The short answer is “yes”. Here’s the Park Tool page which is on topic.

Naturally, they have a special tool for the task, but a crescent wrench will work.

I prefer to tap on the rotor with a punch rather than pull on it with a wrench or slotted tool.
