    Favorite hand up

Iíve gotten beer, wine, twizzlers, gummy worms, Oreos, donuts, bacon.

Beer and bacon are hard to beat in my book. The donut was pretty dry, inhaled some crumbs so that sucked.

What have you guys taken on, whatís best and worst for you?

    Red Vine
    Stalk of Celery
Right foot Mavic shoe size 10.5

Red vine was tasty, celery was heaven sent (chewed it up for the water as my mouth was very dry), and the shoe didnt fit (plus it was missing a cleat screw).

    Ha wouldnít have thought celery!

Iím out for the season with a broken clavicle and looking for ways to stay involved in the scene. Might as well be the hand up guy.

One race they were putting singles in a beer can sticking up to grab. That was fun but would rather have something in my mouth.

    Anyone else?

Can't say I have a favorite hand up as of yet. None of my races had hand ups. However, on a team forum one of my team mates suggested the funniest hand up for Ice Weasels (a local non USAC race coming up).

I'm going to hand up poop. Tired, heart redlined, legs turned to jelly? Here's some poop
