I've only ever heard them referred to as 'funny bikes'... I seem to recall that being an 80s thing... anyway I saw this one on ebay and it looks similar-ish:
    https://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...m=200136362859

Also, I may have seen a couple similar looking japanese track bikes that have odd wheelsizes like 650c in the front and 700c in the back but dont remember any of the makers or models... 3rensho might have been one. Here is another link:

Not all of them appear to have smaller front wheels, but a lot of them do. I personally am not a fan of the look, or maybe its just my lower back and neck saying "Nooo dont get on that thing"

yeah def. not a fan of the 650/700c mix.. rather have it more like this khs with a somewhat foward sloping toptube... thanks for the links tho.. that just made me realized i dont want it that extreme on the slope...

There was a guy on eBay selling new frames with a front sloping top tube. Both wheels were 700c. I haven't seen them in a couple of weeks..I'll keep searching

awwesomme..if its a generic one that would be great also... if you can let me know please do! thanks for the help everyone!

because contacting a framebuilder and getting some custom geometry just doesnt seem $$$ reasonable!
