    I think it would be better to leave the bike alone, just put some type of suite cover on that would snap to the frame, like at near the rear wheel axle, shifters, DT/ST/seat that would completely encapsulate the rider similar to that picture without the frame.
    Then in a sprint when you stand up it will morph with you for that added 1.5mph.
