Question bigger tires, bigger tube as well?

Based on the advice here, I replaced the old 700cc X 23mm with 25mm. Do I need to change the tube to 25mm as well?

I went for the first ride and felt there was high rolling resistance even I put on the same old 100psi. Any thought?

I've had no problem with 18-23 tubes in 25 tires

For the past six months or so, I've been running 700 x 18-23 tubes in 700 x 25 tires at 110 psi without any problems. I had a few flats shortly after switching to 25s and was concerned at first that the problem was the 23 tubes. However, I haven't flatted (yeah, I said it) in months and attribute the rash of early flats to bad luck.

I run 700x26 tubes in everything--no problems ever

Tire sizes on my family's six road bikes run from 700x23 to 700x41. To simplify the inventory, I've bought nothing but 700x26 tubes for years. Work fine in everything. In a pinch, I've used a borrowed 23 in the 700x41 Contis on my singlespeed. Feels weird when you mount it--all that SPACE in there--but it inflated and didn't cause any trouble
