    Bont Oven Roast

    Heat to 70C, insert for 20 minutes and form to foot. Due to a pretty gruesome travel schedule in 2010, on the road 6 out of the first 9 weeks, I'm only just beginning to get to grips with my Bont A-One semi-customs. This is the fourth time for the right shoe and I worked on the arch area this time and I think, I've finally got it right for both shoes now.

    Probably the best bike related purchase since buying a C40 some seven years ago. The power transfer and comfort simply must be experienced and as I said before, having a carbon tub rather than just a sole makes for me a huge difference.

    Outside a pair of aero wheels, I'd look at these shoes before thinking about component/frame upgrades.
