    Cateye V3 sensor battery drain

For owners of the Cateye V3, how's your battery drain. Odd that I have not cycled in a couple of months and the battery (duracell or energizer) is already drained. I make sure the speed sensor on the spoke or the cadence sensor wasn't near it. It happened the first time also where I put it on but haven't been able to cycle.

I cannot find any information out there from other Cateye V3 owners so I'm wondering now if I just need to remove it while in storage. It seems way too fast a battery drain compared to my second cheapie computer (still on only 2nd battery and wayyy more miles put on it).

Rear sensor is the worst of the three, typically I am only geting about two months
riding the trainer 6 hours per week. The other two (heart strap and unit) probably
like a year.Sorry I can't answer your question, only reinforce that it appears you
    don't have a defective cadence\speed sensor.
